Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a dental/healthcare setting.
• Experience as an Office Manager, Team Lead, Practice Manager, or Practice Administrator.
• Strong understanding of practice operations, production, collections, and KPIs.
• Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment coordination, and financial arrangements.
• Experience with dental practice management software including DSN.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front office and clinical support staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and daily operations.
• Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable.
• Oversee scheduling, insurance verification, treatment coordination, financial arrangements and collections.
• Monitor production, collections, scheduling efficiency, case acceptance, and patient satisfaction.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective processes and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
• Manage supplies and inventory within budget.
• Partner with providers and leadership to support practice growth and goals.
