Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance benefits and review treatment plans for pre-treatment estimates.
• Submit insurance claims to payers and follow up on status.
• Communicate financial information to patients regarding surgical costs.
• Check patients at the front desk, answer calls, and schedule appointments.
• Support three Oral Surgery locations: Hanahan, Lexington, and Greenville.
