Ideal candidates hold RDA certification for CA/AZ/NV with a current X-Ray license, CPR/ACLS, and bilingual abilities. Travel and open availability are expected as part of the position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• RDA CA/AZ/NV certification required.
• Current X-Ray license required.
• CPR and ACLS certificates required; OMSA or DAANCE preferred.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English).
• Traveling required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Oral Surgeon at the chair during patient treatment.
• Anticipate dentist’s needs and prepare next steps.
• Follow OSHA, Dental Board, and Western Dental policies.
• Maintain patient treatment records.
• Take and develop dental x-rays as directed by the Oral Surgeon.
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients.
• Provide oral hygiene instructions to patients.
• Stock supplies in operatory areas and inform Floor Supervisor when re-orders are needed.
• Report broken or malfunctioning equipment to Floor Supervisor.
