Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Durham VA Healthcare System seeks an Oral Surgeon who will be an active member of the Dental Service interdisciplinary team and provide direct supervision of the Oral Surgery Residency Program.

Qualifications include a DDS/DMD from CODA-accredited schools, completion of or current enrollment in an Oral Surgery residency or equivalent experience with medically compromised patients, and an unrestricted U.S. dental license.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from CODA-accredited school.
• Residency in general practice or specialty, or comparable experience with medically compromised patients.
• Current full and unrestricted dental license in the U.S. or D.C. if required by state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of the Oral Surgery Residency Program.
• Collaborate with the Dental Service interdisciplinary team.
