Job summary

Tend Oral Surgeons are invited to join a modern studio focused on high-quality surgical care with advanced technology and digital workflows. You will perform extractions, implants, bone grafts, and complex consultations while collaborating with General Dentists and specialists to ensure seamless care.

We value collaboration, efficiency, and exceptional outcomes, while supporting a transparent and patient-centered experience. The position supports a part-time schedule and onsite studio work.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree and accredited oral surgery residency.
• Active dental license in the practicing state (MA preferred).
• CPR/BLS certification and ongoing CE commitment.
• Board certification in Oral Surgery preferred.
• Proficiency with digital imaging and treatment planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality oral and maxillofacial surgical care.
• Perform extractions, implant placement, bone grafting, and manage oral pathology.
• Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and explain options and post‑op care.
• Coordinate with General Dentists and specialists for coordinated care.
• Provide emergency evaluation and treatment for orofacial injuries.
• Prescribe medications and maintain thorough clinical documentation.
• Support recovery with clear after-care guidance and questions.
• Contribute to a collaborative studio environment and patient experience.
