Job summary

Specialty1 Partners in Sacramento, CA is seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to provide part-time clinical coverage in a busy, referral-driven practice with immediate patient demand.

You will perform dentoalveolar surgery, implants, full-arch cases, and a broad range of oral surgery procedures, with clinical autonomy in a doctor-led environment and collaboration with experienced surgical staff to maintain high production from day one.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high-producing day shifts (ideally Wednesdays) in a fully booked schedule from day one.
• Support overflow and maintain a predictable, one-day schedule in a modern, technology-driven environment.
• Perform a wide scope of procedures including dentoalveolar surgery, implants, full-arch cases, and comprehensive oral surgery services.
• Exercise clinical autonomy in a doctor-led, patient-first environment with minimal red tape.
• Collaborate with experienced surgical assistants and streamline systems to focus entirely on patient care and production.
