Job summary

Tend is seeking an Oral Surgeon to deliver high-quality surgical care, collaborating with general dentists and specialists to ensure coordinated, patient-centered outcomes. The role emphasizes efficiency, transparency, and a supportive studio environment, with a focus on complex extractions, implants, and bone grafting.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree and an accredited oral surgery residency
• Current active dental license in the state of practice
• Board certification in Oral Surgery preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Perform oral surgery procedures including extractions, implant placement, bone grafting, and pathology management
• Evaluate patients with imaging and clinical assessments to plan surgeries and explain options
• Partner with General Dentists and specialists for coordinated care
• Provide emergency evaluation and treatment for orofacial injuries
• Prescribe and manage medications for healing and pain
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation for continuity of care
