Job summary

DOCS Dental is seeking a part-time Oral Surgeon to provide comprehensive surgical care at modern, fully digital clinics located on Army and Air Force bases nationwide. You’ll serve a unique military-affiliated patient population with clinical autonomy and a collaborative team.

Role supports 1-2 Saturdays per month with opportunities to increase, includes malpractice insurance, and no after-hours or on-call requirements, enabling a balanced schedule while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental program.
• Completed Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency and board certification or eligibility.
• Active, unrestricted state dental license.
• CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide scope of surgical procedures including extractions (routine and surgical), alveoloplasty, and other dentoalveolar surgeries.
• Provide in-office sedation (as credentialed and permitted by state license per office).
• Collaborate with general dentists and dental assistants to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
• Document clinical findings and treatment plans in digital patient charts.
• Follow proper infection control protocols and safety procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of care and professionalism in a fast-paced clinical setting.
