Job description

ClearChoice is seeking a part-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to place dental implants for patients seeking 'All-on-X' solutions. This position is as a 1099 independent contractor, working 1 day per week, depending on your availability. Surgeries typically run from 7 am to around 1 pm.

We offer excellent compensation, paid on production within a high-volume practice. There is no overhead or non-compete clause. We provide all necessary surgical equipment and a highly trained surgical team. You will work alongside an experienced Prosthodontist who manages consultations, treatment planning, and restorative work. Our management team handles all business aspects, allowing you to focus solely on patient care and surgeries. Enjoy an excellent working environment that is low stress with no referrals to manage.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform dental implant surgeries, including tooth extractions and alveolectomies as necessary.
• Provide safe and effective anesthesia services. A CRNA is available at some centers or as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Prosthodontists to plan cases for optimal outcomes.
• Adhere to office policies, safety standards, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with the AO4 procedure.
• Graduate of a U.S. accredited four-year dental school (DMD or DDS).
• Completion of a postgraduate U.S. surgical program with certification in oral surgery.
• Successful passing of a thorough background check.
