West Coast Dental Services in Southern California seeks an Oral Surgeon to join a high-quality practice offering a guaranteed base plus production, with a large, diverse patient base.

The role offers both full-time and part-time options, state-of-the-art offices, back-office support, and company-sponsored CE to grow clinically and operationally.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree.
• Oral Surgery Certificate from a university accredited by the California Dental Board.
• Active California State Dental Board license.
• Active Malpractice Insurance.
• DEA, CPR and NPI are required.

Responsibilities

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
• Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another.
• Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients with regard to their dental treatment.
