Job summary

West Coast Dental is seeking a General Dentist to join our multi-office practice in Southern California. You will provide general, specialty, and orthodontic services across our offices, collaborating with a supportive team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

We offer a high-earning compensation model with guaranteed base plus production, a diverse patient base, ongoing training, and company-sponsored CE.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required.
• Active California State Dental Board license required.
• Active malpractice insurance.
• DEA, CPR and NPI are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry and specialty services across offices.
• Collaborate with office teams to ensure patient trust and a positive experience.
• Understand and optimize patient benefits across PPO, HMO, and other plans.
• Proactively address patient concerns and discuss treatment options.

• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients with regard to their dental treatment
