West Coast Dental Services is seeking a General Dentist to join our high-quality practice network in Southern California. The role focuses on delivering exceptional patient experiences across general, specialty and orthodontic services for a diverse patient base.

Ideal candidates hold a DDS/DMD, CA license, malpractice insurance, and required credentials (DEA, CPR, NPI). We offer a strong compensation package with a signing bonus and robust support from the group to ensure clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree required and California license active.
• Mandatory malpractice insurance, DEA, CPR and NPI.
• Ability to provide general, specialty and orthodontic services in CA.

• Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work in order to optimize patient benefits
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients with regard to their dental treatment
