Job summary

West Coast Dental is seeking an Oral Surgeon to join our high-performing Southern California team. We offer high-end compensation with a guaranteed base plus percentage production, a large diverse patient base, and full support to deliver excellent care in a state-of-the-art environment.

You'll provide general, specialty and orthodontic services across our offices, benefit from company-sponsored CE, and work with outstanding clinical and administrative teams dedicated to great patient

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree required.
• Oral Surgery Certificate from a CA-accredited program.
• Active California State Dental Board license.
• Active Malpractice Insurance required.
• DEA, CPR and NPI are required.

Responsibilities

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
• Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another.
• Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients with regard to their dental treatment.

Education

Active California State Dental Board license
