Job summary

Benevis is seeking a PRN Oral Surgeon to join our dental team in a moonlighting capacity. This opportunity is designed to fit your existing practice schedule, not replace it, with a daily compensation model and a flexible 1–2 days per month commitment.

We offer company-paid malpractice insurance and a 401(k). You will work in a supportive environment with DentaPro software, digital imaging, and trained assistants to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited program.
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Active dental license or eligibility to practice in the state.
• Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and applicable state credentials.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Perform third molar and complex extractions as clinically indicated.
• Deliver safe, efficient oral surgery care in a well-supported environment.
• Collaborate with dental office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care.
• Utilize DentaPro software, digital imaging, and support tools.

Education

DDS or DMD from CODA-accredited dental program

CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency

Active dental license or eligibility for licensure

BLS, ACLS, DEA, and state credentials

Our oral surgery program gives providers a meaningful way to extend their impact without the overhead or long-term commitment of a full-time position. Responsibilities

Our oral surgery practice has:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Dedicated dental assistants trained to support oral surgery procedures
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training

Oral Surgeon responsibilities include

• Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases
• Provide surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate
• Deliver oral surgery care efficiently and safely in a well-supported dental environment
• Partner with our dental office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Must have a DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
• Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and applicable state credentials
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide oral surgery care in a community dental setting
