Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program.
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Active dental license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS, ACLS, DEA and applicable state credentials.
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide oral surgery care in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform third molar and complex extractions as clinically appropriate.
• Deliver efficient and safe oral surgery care in a well-supported environment.
• Partner with dental office teams to ensure patient-centered care.
• Operate with dedicated surgical team and trained assistants.

• Daily compensation of $1,200-$5,000 - structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production
• Flexible oral surgery scheduling: 1-2 days per month, coordinated around your existing practice or hospital schedule

Responsibilities

Our oral surgery practice has:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Dedicated dental assistants trained to support oral surgery procedures
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training

Oral Surgeon responsibilities include:

• Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases
• Provide surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate
• Deliver oral surgery care efficiently and safely in a well-supported dental environment
• Partner with our dental office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care

Qualifications

We expect our Oral Surgeon to have:

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
