Job summary

Youth Dentistry & Braces - a Benevis company in Georgia is seeking a PRN Oral Surgeon to join our dental team. This moonlighting role fits around your existing practice, with no long-term commitment.

You will perform third molar and complex extractions, work with dedicated dental assistants, and benefit from company-paid malpractice insurance, 401(k) and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from CODA-accredited dental program.
• Completion of CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Active dental license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS, ACLS, DEA and applicable state credentials.

Responsibilities

• Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases.
• Provide surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate.
• Deliver oral surgery care efficiently and safely in a well-supported dental environment.
• Partner with dental office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care.

• Daily compensation of $1,200-$5,000 - structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production

Responsibilities

Our oral surgery practice has:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Dedicated dental assistants trained to support oral surgery procedures
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training

Oral Surgeon responsibilities include:

• Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases
• Provide surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate
• Deliver oral surgery care efficiently and safely in a well-supported dental environment
• Partner with our dental office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care

Qualifications

We expect our Oral Surgeon to have:

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
• Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and applicable state credentials
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide oral surgery care in a community dental setting
