Job summary

Pine Dentistry & Braces - a Benevis company is seeking an Oral Surgeon for a PRN moonlighting role in Virginia. Work 1-2 days per month, flexible around your schedule, with no overhead of a full-time position.

Candidates must hold a DDS/DMD, CODA residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, an active state license or eligibility, and current BLS/ACLS. The role includes dedicated staff, DentaPro software, and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from CODA-accredited dental program.
• Completion of CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and applicable state credentials.

Responsibilities

• Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases.
• Provide surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate.
• Deliver oral surgery care efficiently and safely in a well-supported dental environment.
• Partner with our dental office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care.

• Daily compensation of $1,200-$5,000 - structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production

Responsibilities

Our oral surgery practice has:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Dedicated dental assistants trained to support oral surgery procedures
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training

Oral Surgeon responsibilities include:

• Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases
