• Teach in predoctoral and postdoctoral programs while providing direct patient care daily.
• Serve as clinician-educator engaging residents and students in an apprenticeship model.
• Possibly transition to Director of Predoctoral Oral Surgery Program within two years.
• Occasional practice at affiliated hospital settings and dental school clinics.
