Job summary

Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry is seeking academically oriented dentists to join our faculty to teach, learn, and grow in an active academic setting. Applicants should be prepared to teach in predoctoral and postdoctoral programs while also providing daily patient care as part of the teaching model.

Clinics operate on a teaching schedule, with one day per week of clinical practice at the school or a nearby faculty practice; involvement in scholarly activities and resident

Qualifications

• DMD/DDS from CODA-accredited school; foreign equivalents considered.
• Active PA dental licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience in clinical endodontics and in teaching.
• Certificate in Endodontics from CODA-accredited program.
• Board certification by the American Board of Endodontics or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Teach in predoctoral and postdoctoral programs.
• Provide daily direct patient care as part of teaching.
• Clinical practice one day per week at the dental school or affiliated faculty practice.
• Engage in scholarly activities and education of residents and dental students.
