Develops and applies basic principles to execute work in a lab or pilot plant to advance new solid oral drug products.
Support manufacturing operations in pilot plant environments.
Executes routine experiments and data interpretation with guidance.
Operate and troubleshoot equipment and processes.
Learn practical lab/pilot plant skills to assist daily responsibilities.
Collaborate effectively with team members in a multidisciplinary environment.
