Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Oracle WACS Work Management Consultant to support our WACS team in designing, configuring, and optimizing work management processes within Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS). This role will focus on implementing best-in-class work order management, scheduling, and dispatching practices to drive operational efficiency, data integrity, and seamless integration with broader asset management workflows.

Must-have skills:

• Deep Functional Expertise: Proven experience configuring and deploying Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS), specifically Work Management components (e.g., work orders, crews, task templates, dispatch).
• Utilities Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of field service operations, maintenance planning, and regulatory compliance specific to electric, gas, or water utilities.
• Work Order Lifecycle Management: Ability to design and optimize end-to-end work order processes: initiation, scheduling, execution, and close-out.
