You are:

A transformation expert skilled in guiding clients through digital challenges. Your superpower? Applying your expertise, creativity, and analytical skills to resolve complex business issues and enable client success. You are comfortable leading technical teams and engaging deeply with workstreams, covering both functional/process and technical/architecture aspects of Oracle. You also possess strong communication skills to inspire and motivate teams.

The work:

  1. Lead technical workstreams for Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS), Customer to Meter (C2M), Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), and Meter Data Management (MDM) projects, ensuring successful transformations or upgrades to Oracle cloud and on-premise platforms.
  2. Define the technical approach, strategy, and planning during project design phases.
  3. Gather and analyze requirements to develop integration and technical architecture artifacts.
  4. Understand core architecture and integrations of Oracle Utilities applications, leading strategy, diagrams, and rationalization.
  5. Manage tasks, prioritize work, and coordinate across teams.
  6. Serve as a technical expert, team lead, and mentor for onshore and offshore teams tackling complex integration and application challenges.
  7. Collaborate with Technical Designers to ensure alignment of technical solutions with overall approach.
  8. Perform environment planning, provisioning, architecture support, dress rehearsals, and cutover activities.
  9. Support release and migration management with DevOps pipelines.
  10. Lead automation teams to enhance project and operational efficiency.
  11. Work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  12. Oversee project timelines, risk management, and quality of deliverables.

Travel may be required, varying from 0 to 100% based on project phase, business needs, and client requirements.

Here’s what you need:

  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities and integration projects, preferably in Oracle SaaS cloud environments.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with CCS, C2M, CC&B, and MDM methodologies.
  • At least 4 years in a team lead role, coordinating with internal, offshore, and client teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If an associate’s degree, at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Compensation varies based on location, role, skills, and experience. For roles in California, Colorado, D.C., Illinois, Minnesota, Maryland, New York, or Washington, a salary range is provided. We accept applications continuously; no fixed deadline.
