Presbyterian is seeking a Data Integrations Manager to oversee a key IT function. Responsible for developing and managing the department budget. Acts as coach and mentor to direct reports; performs performance reviews.

Ideal Candidate:

Lead a team of API and Integration developers in delivering large and complex API and data integration solutions. Responsible for technical design planning, API architecture, managing implementation, and addressing technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions.

• Hands-on experience in building and deploying high-performing, scalable services/applications involving high data volumes within a software development environment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Understanding data standardization practices in healthcare, integrating healthcare data, and security related to HIPAA is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with the following technologies:

• Java or JavaScript
• FHIR or equivalent
• PL/SQL, Boomi

Qualifications:

• High School diploma and five to eight years of management experience in IT or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-3 years of management experience in IT or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Provide team leadership, including performance reviews and departmental budget management.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, resources, and budgets are on track.
• Communicate with IT governance processes.
• Maintain service level agreements for production systems to meet standards and customer needs.
• Define project leadership responsibilities involving clinical or financial systems.
