Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Oracle Utilities - Oracle Customer Care & Billing (Rates) as architect/designer/techno-functional consultant.
• Experience leading architectural design and workshops with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative application architectures that meet business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Mentor team members on best practices in software architecture and design.
• Address rate case changes and regulatory changes through 2026.
