Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities - Oracle Customer Care & Billing Application Consultant to join our Advanced Technology Centers. As a Custom Application Architect, you will design scalable, secure architectures and mentor the team while coordinating across multiple groups.

The role requires leading design and implementation of innovative architectures, facilitating workshops, and delivering solutions for rate case and regulatory changes by 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in Oracle Utilities - Oracle Customer Care & Billing (Rates) as application architect/designer/techno-functional consultant
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
• Oracle Utilities - Oracle Customer Care & Billing - any specialty is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative application architectures that meet business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders
• Mentor team members on best practices in software architecture and design
• The project will implement rate case changes and regulatory changes that the company needs to fulfill by end of 2026
