Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ to 5+ years of Oracle Utilities C2M/CC&B experience.
• Strong functional understanding of C2M business processes, configurations, workflows.
• Ability to triage C2M issues and determine changes needed.
• Experience guiding technical solution delivery with development teams.
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot application issues.
• Lead Developer/Technical Lead on C2M implementations or support.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and Agile practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Utilities industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional and solution lead for Oracle Utilities C2M.
• Collaborate with Nashville-based COE, Solutions, and business teams to align priorities and resolve issues.
• Translate operational needs into scalable solutions with stakeholders.
• Act as trusted advisor in solution discussions, planning, and analysis.
• Evaluate requests and recommend system improvements and designs.
• Guide development teams on technical approaches and remediation options.
• Provide leadership to developers and review design decisions.
• Lead triage for complex production issues and define corrective actions.
• Assess errors and guide resolution without only escalating.
• Diagnose issues and direct resolution efforts with components/workflows.
• Guide releases, enhancements, testing, and change management.
• Ensure SDLC governance and development standards compliance.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and operations.
• Assist in evaluating enhancements aligned with business needs.
