EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to deliver client engagements by translating business requirements into functional Oracle Utilities MDM solutions. You will collaborate with client stakeholders, design configurations, test, resolve issues, and transfer knowledge across project teams.

The role requires deep Oracle Utilities MDM expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across functional streams (Data Conversion, Interfaces, and Business Process Change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of Meter Data Management functions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Utilities MDM (C2M/CCS).
• Document and validate business needs and functional requirements for Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Support design, configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing team environment.
• Lead or support workshops, prepare agendas, and document outputs.
• Configure base system and RICE objects; assist with testing and defect resolution.
• Define data mappings and conversion strategies; manage interfaces and data quality.
• Ensure project documentation is up to date and align deliverables with client expectations.
• Identify gaps and risks; contribute to mitigation planning and execution.
• Support client deployment, training, and post go-live support.
