Job summary

CPL is seeking a US-based Oracle Trainer to support a major warehouse systems transformation. The role is primarily remote with scheduled onsite work in Rochester, NY in 2027 and a contract through Oct 2027.

You will design training materials, develop exercises, and deliver instructor‑led sessions to warehouse end users, demonstrating processes and system functionality while coaching learners through adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-user training within warehouse/logistics environments.
• Strong Oracle experience across Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, stock movements.
• Blue Yonder experience preferred; other WMS experience considered.
• Willingness to travel to Rochester, NY as needed.

Location: US | Remote (Will require scheduled onsite work in Rochester NY in 2027 but role is primarily remote)

Hourly Rate: Up to $87

Contract Length: November 2026 - October 2027 (Possibility to extend)

Our client is seeking a US-based Oracle Trainer to support a major warehouse systems transformation programme.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials using existing business process documentation and work instructions
• Create learner exercises, classroom activities and supporting training resources
• Produce presentation content that explains both business processes and system functionality
• Deliver instructor-led classroom training to warehouse end users
• Demonstrate warehouse management processes within the system
• Facilitate hands‑on learning sessions and user practice exercises
• Provide coaching and support to learners throughout the training programme
• Work closely with project stakeholders and fellow trainers to align training content and delivery

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-user training within warehouse, logistics or supply chain environments
• Strong Oracle experience, particularly across: Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, Stock movements and warehouse transactions
• Blue Yonder experience is strongly preferred (Experience with other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will also be considered)
• Exposure to broader supply chain processes is desirable
• Demonstrable experience creating training materials from scratch rather than solely delivering pre-built content
• Strong facilitation and classroom delivery skills
• Experience supporting users through system adoption and change
• Ability to travel to Rochester, New York when required (Will discuss schedule during call)
