Job summary

TripleScreen Search & Staffing is seeking an experienced Oracle SQL/ETL Data Developer to join a critical data processing and integration team in Conshohocken, PA. This hands-on role focuses on Oracle SQL, data transformation, file ingestion, ETL, and batch processing rather than reporting or BI.

The candidate will develop and maintain data processing solutions, write complex SQL, support high-volume inbound data, and troubleshoot production data issues.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software, database, or data development experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on SQL development experience is essential.
• Experience with Oracle databases and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Background in ETL, data integration, data ingestion, and batch processing.
• Experience handling high-volume inbound data and file processing.
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues, malformed files, and loading failures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data processing solutions using Oracle SQL, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Write complex SQL queries to transform, validate, and reconcile data.
• Build and support ETL/data transformation processes for high-volume inbound data.
• Receive and process files from multiple external sources via FTP/SFTP and batch processing.
• Parse, validate, normalize, and transform incoming files before loading into Oracle databases.
• Develop and support batch processing and scheduled data workflows.
• Troubleshoot data issues, data quality checks, and production discrepancies.
• Ensure data is delivered to downstream applications and systems accurately.
