Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Oracle Enterprise Solution Architect to lead solution design and deal shaping for medium-to-large opportunities. The role focuses on Oracle SaaS Cloud, NetSuite integrations, and cloud modernization, working with sales, delivery, and business teams to deliver scalable, outcome-driven solutions for remote engagements.

The candidate should have 5+ years in Oracle projects, solution planning, and cloud programs, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Oracle project delivery experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of solution planning, pre-sales, and deal-shaping experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud transformation or cloud implementation programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into scalable Oracle solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead solution planning, estimation, staffing, pricing inputs, scope definition, and business case development.
• Support RFIs/RFPs and executive presentations.
• Develop solution roadmaps, implementation approaches, proofs of concept, pilots, and reusable assets.
• Collaborate with sales, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, design-thinking sessions, and value realization discussions.
• Advise clients on cloud transformation, modernization, integration, data, analytics, automation, Business AI, and Generative AI opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI-driven insights and intelligent business processes within Oracle solutions.
• Apply structured problem-solving, rapid prototyping, and innovation-led thinking to solve client challenges.
• Promote reuse of accelerators, reference architectures, automation frameworks, and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging Oracle, cloud, AI, and integration technologies and their business impact.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives, reusable assets, and thought leadership.
• Support sales, client, and marketing events.
• Mentor Solution Architects and contribute to capability development.
• Share best practices and maintain relevant certifications.
