Job Title: Oracle SCM Functional Architect

The Role

The Oracle SCM Functional Architect provides expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle, from strategy and planning to post-go-live support. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle SCM capabilities and best practices, leading solution design, translating complex business requirements, and ensuring compliance and reporting standards. You will act as a strategic advisor, contribute to industry trends, collaborate with technical teams on integration and data strategies, and create client documentation. Engagements will vary across industries and complexities. You will also support pre-sales activities, develop demos, contribute to internal assets, and mentor junior consultants, playing a key role in R-Cubed's delivery excellence.

Qualifications

Oracle SCM Expertise

• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Demand Management, Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Supply Chain Collaboration, Maintenance, and Inventory
• Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and testing Oracle SCM solutions in global environments
• Strong understanding of SCM integrations, dependencies, and reporting
• Experience conducting fit-gap analysis, mapping legacy processes, and defining supply chain process flows
• Expertise in change management, training, and user enablement strategies
• Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM

Leadership Experience

• Proven leadership in multiple full-cycle Oracle SCM Cloud implementations
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams onshore and offshore, ensuring timely, quality delivery
• Strong facilitation skills for decision-making and stakeholder alignment
• Experience supporting pre-sales through solutioning and demonstrations
• Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge sharing

Additional Qualifications & Competencies

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain transformation and Oracle Cloud SCM implementations
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and lead solution streams within larger projects
• Oracle SCM Cloud certification(s)
• Background in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related fields
