Job summary

Trigyn Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Oracle SaaS ERP Project Manager/Functional Expert with a GL specialization for a hybrid role based in Trenton, NJ.

The candidate will lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle SaaS ERP solutions for public sector finance operations. The role requires 5+ years of Oracle SaaS ERP experience, AP and GL expertise, and strong communication skills to train and support end-users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of Oracle SaaS ERP experience focusing on AP and GL modules.
• Experience with Oracle SaaS ERP implementation methodology Agile4Fusion.
• Proven ability to lead ERP projects from conception through deployment.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and end-user training ability.
• Oracle Cloud ERP Financials certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle SaaS ERP modules, focusing on AP and GL.
• Conduct comprehensive testing phases for GL module and configurations.
• Manage deployment of new functionalities and system upgrades within Oracle ERP framework.
• Collaborate with finance and IT to ensure accurate financial transactions and robust reporting.
• Provide guidance and support throughout ERP implementation phases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for public sector accounting and reporting.
• Maintain detailed records and configurations for ERP projects.
• Act as primary liaison for ERP enhancements with vendors and internal stakeholders.
