Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a seasoned program manager to lead a complex ERP/retail transformation program in the US. The role requires extensive experience with Oracle Retail Suite and deep knowledge of RMS/MFCS, ReSA, ReIM, and related systems.

You will collaborate with architects and SMEs to manage fit-gap decisions, integrations, testing scope, and production readiness. The ideal candidate brings strong cross-functional leadership and proven delivery of large-scale retail transformations

Qualifications

• End-to-end Oracle Retail implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Retail merchandising and operations.
