VLink Inc is seeking an Oracle Retail MFCS Techno-Functional SME for lead configuration and integration across MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA and ReIM. Remote work with occasional travel to Irving, TX, and a contract engagement. You will translate business requirements into technical designs and drive deployments with cross-functional teams.

The role demands 10+ years of MFCS experience, strong PL/SQL and API skills, and a hands-on AI-assisted development approach in large-scale environments.

Competenze

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oracle Retail MFCS and related applications.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle MFCS implementation.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the implementation, development, and enhancement of Oracle Retail Merchandising applications, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, and driving them through development and deployment.
• Hands-on experience in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and practices is mandatory.
• Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle APEX development, REST APIs,Kafka,Middleware/ESB concepts , JSON/XML and OIC ( Oracle Inegration cloud)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams to validate business requirements, system configurations, and solution designs.
