Job summary

University of South Florida (USF) is seeking an Oracle Reporting Analyst to design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards within Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM. This role bridges IT and business teams, transforming data into actionable insights across financials and HR using BI Publisher, OTBI, Power BI, and Fusion Data Intelligence.

The candidate will develop custom reports, optimize existing reports, and translate requirements into BI Publisher specifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Analytics, or IT-related field required.
Four years of experience in report development or data reporting, or seven years if no degree, as alternative per qualifications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle BI Publisher reports using SQL data templates, RTF layouts, bursting definitions.
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI, Power BI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Data Intelligence.
Modify existing BI Publisher reports to meet changing business or compliance needs.
Ensure reports are delivered on schedule and validated against source data.
