Zusammenfassung

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced Oracle Solution Architect to help organizations transform through Oracle solutions spanning HCM, AI, and industry capabilities. You will define business strategies, design Oracle-enabled transformations, and architect scalable solutions that deliver measurable value.

You will lead discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and executive presentations while building trusted client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 8 years of Oracle Cloud implementation and delivery experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting or leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, leading solution architecture, business process design, and client workshops.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more Oracle areas, including HCM, AI, or industry solutions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in AI Oracle Agentic AI & industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

• Define business strategies and design Oracle-enabled transformations.
• Architect scalable Oracle solutions delivering measurable business value.
• Design and test Oracle solutions; ensure processes, integrations, data, reporting, and security align.
• Lead discovery sessions, architecture discussions, solution design workshops, and executive presentations.
• Develop trusted client relationships and support sales pursuits with solution development, proposals, and demonstrations.
• Travel may be required (0–100% depending on business needs).
