Job summary

Select Jarvis.com is seeking an experienced Oracle Program Manager to lead enterprise Oracle WMS and SCM initiatives in a remote role aligned to the Pacific Time zone. The candidate should have strong Oracle R12 governance, RAID management, and stakeholder coordination across onshore and offshore teams.

The role involves end-to-end program execution, governance establishment, risk management, and ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline while maintaining quality and security

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on program management experience involving Oracle WMS and Oracle SCM modules in Oracle R12.
• Proven experience managing complex Oracle implementation, enhancement, or integration programs.
• Expertise in program planning, governance, risk management, and dependency tracking.
• Experience coordinating distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture reviews, system integrations, testing cycles, and deployment processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and escalation-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and time-sensitive deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution, including scope planning, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and overall implementation strategy.
• Manage Oracle WMS and SCM initiatives within the Oracle R12 environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, business teams, technical leads, and delivery teams.
• Lead program reviews, executive updates, steering committee meetings, and project status discussions.
• Establish program governance processes, maintain RAID logs, track critical dependencies, and proactively manage risks and escalations.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore resources to ensure smooth collaboration, effective handoffs, and timely delivery.
• Work closely with solution architects and technical leads to review integration designs and secure architecture approvals.
• Evaluate change requests and assess their impact on program scope, budget, resources, and delivery timelines.
• Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, cutover activities, and post-production hypercare.
• Monitor program budgets, resource allocation, delivery metrics, and overall performance against established milestones.
• Ensure compliance with client security policies, quality standards, and applicable delivery procedures.
