Job summary

Enormous Enterprise LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Oracle SQL Developer for a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). This 12+ months contract focuses on designing, developing, and supporting Oracle database applications with PL/SQL.

Collaboration across teams including Java/Angular UI, ETL, QA, and production support is essential. Candidates should have strong experience with Oracle 12c/19c+, PL/SQL, performance tuning, data modeling, and enterprise-scale environments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Oracle 12c/19c or later and advanced PL/SQL development.
• Experience with packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and materialized views.
• Strong SQL performance tuning, data modeling and database design.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale database/application environments.
• Knowledge of Git/Bitbucket version control and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support Oracle database applications and PL/SQL programs.
• Collaborate with Java/Angular UI developers, ETL, QA, and production support teams.
• Contribute to deployment, code promotion, and change management activities.
• Analyze production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
