Job summary

Collabera is hiring an Oracle PL/SQL Developer in Charlotte, NC. The role is a 12-18 month contract with a mix of 3 days in office and 2 days of remote work.

You will design, develop, and support Oracle database applications and PL/SQL programs, partnering with business users, PMs, QA, and production support teams. The ideal candidate will have strong PL/SQL skills, SQL tuning, data modeling, and experience with Exadata features.

Qualifications

Strong Oracle database experience (12c/19c or later).
Advanced PL/SQL development with performance tuning.
Experience with data modeling and database design.
Hands-on with Git/Bitbucket for version control.
Experience supporting large enterprise applications.
Ability to optimize PL/SQL for Exadata environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL code.
Create packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
Tune SQL and optimize query performance.
Model data and design database schemas.
Collaborate with business users and project teams.
Produce design docs and deployment plans.
Support releases, code promotions, and changes.
Ensure security, audit, and governance compliance.
