Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Lead Oracle PL/SQL Developer. The position will be responsible for interfacing with key stakeholders and applying technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation and Design. You will create high-level design artifacts, deliver high-quality code for modules, lead validation during testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Jersey City, NJ, or willing to relocate. US travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 4 years of IT experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL in Oracle DB.
• Experience in writing stored procedures and functions.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of performance tuning.
• Experience in data modeling and data mapping.
• Unix Shell scripting skills.
• ETL knowledge (DataStage, Informatica) is a plus.
• Data analysis experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in diverse, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience in a global delivery environment.

The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Travel may be required.
