Collabera in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to build and maintain Oracle database solutions, write complex PL/SQL, and optimize SQL for high-performance data processing. The role collaborates with business users, QA, architects, and production teams.

Hybrid work arrangement, 12+ month contract, with focus on Exadata, production support, and RCA. You will troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver reliable database services to enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining Oracle database solutions with strong PL/SQL coding skills.
• Ability to write and optimize complex PL/SQL code and SQL queries for high-performance data processing.
• Support production applications, troubleshoot database issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business users, QA, architects, and production teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard working hours

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our database development team. The role will focus on developing and maintaining Oracle database solutions, writing complex PL/SQL code, and optimizing SQL queries for high-performance data processing. The candidate will also support production applications, troubleshoot database issues, perform root-cause analysis, and work closely with business users, QA, architects, and production teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Top Three skills:

• Oracle PL/SQL Development - Packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views, and database objects
• Exadata
• SQL Performance Tuning - Query optimization, execution plans, indexing, and troubleshooting slow queries
• Production Support & RCA - Issue resolution, root-cause analysis, releases, deployments, and change management

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $63 - $64 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
