Job summary

Experis is seeking an Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join the Data Solutions Department in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing SQL/PLSQL for enterprise data platforms within an Agile team.

You will mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards while delivering robust data solutions. The successful candidate will leverage Oracle SQL/PLSQL expertise, data modeling, and API integration to support CIO Dashboard Metrics and large-scale data

Qualifications

Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development with performance tuning expertise.
Experience with data modeling, indexing, partitioning, and Oracle Exadata optimization.
Knowledge of API integration (REST/SOAP) and multi-source data ingestion.
Experience with database testing, ETL testing, and automation frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management, requirement analysis, and solution design skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL/PLSQL code for enterprise data solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable database solutions.
Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
