An established industry player is seeking an Oracle Peoplesoft Functional Design Consultant to drive impactful changes in payroll and attendance processes. The work:

  • Conduct and lead business process re-engineering activities of time and attendance and payroll processes.
  • Supervise business analysts in support of these activities.
  • Analyze client organization and design payroll processes and integrating systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
  • Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
  • Research, gather and synthesize information to support change management activities.

Here's what you need:

  • Experience designing business processes and operating models required (preferred experience with Payroll processes).
  • Experience troubleshooting issues with payroll and time and attendance Tier 2 and Tier 3 service tickets.
  • Must understand client business needs, gathering user stories and requirements and the understanding of testing phases.
  • Experience gathering requirements and performing fit-gap analysis.

Bonus points if you have:

  • PeopleTools
  • Experience working with federal clients

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$93,400 - $176,200 USD
