Job summary

Zuven technologies Inc. seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Support Consultant to lead onsite functional support for global Oracle Fusion P2P environments, focusing on stable operations and continuous improvements.

You will coordinate with Oracle for issue resolution and enhancement delivery. The role requires deep knowledge of end-to-end P2P processes, strong support skills in Procurement, Purchasing, Payables, and related modules, and the ability to manage incidents,

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of end-to-end P2P lifecycle in Oracle Fusion.
• Experience supporting global Oracle Fusion environments.
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud and Payables.
• BPM workflow configuration experience.
• AMS/production support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Oracle Fusion P2P functional support for business users.
• Manage production incidents, service requests and enhancement requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and deliver functional solutions for recurring issues.
• Monitor application health, process bottlenecks, and transactional exceptions.
• Ensure SLA compliance for incident and service request resolution.
• Support Oracle Fusion P2P functional modules: Procurement, Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Receiving, Expenses, and Accounts Payable.
• Troubleshoot issues across the P2P cycle including Requisitions, POs, Receipts, Invoices, Payments and Accounting.
• Assist users with transaction processing configurations and system-related queries.
• Support approval workflows, supplier onboarding, invoice matching, payment processing and procurement controls.

• We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Procure toPay P2P Support Consultant with 1215 years of ERP consulting experience and strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement and Payables The consultant will act as the onsite functional lead supporting business users ensuring stable operations driving continuous improvements and coordinating with Oracle for issue resolution and enhancement delivery
• The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of the end to end P2P lifecycle and have extensive experience supporting global Oracle Fusion environments

Key Responsibilities
