Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 within its Oracle practice in the United States. You will participate in requirements gathering, contribute to solution architecture, develop features, configure interfaces, and ensure data flow between ERP and other applications.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ERP customization, strong communication with stakeholders, and hands-on coding. Willingness to relocate/travel may be required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and Oracle OTM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in implementation, development and support projects related to Oracle OTM Application.
• Knowledge of the Oracle OTM tables and the overall OTM flow.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Functional knowledge to dig into broken flows/planning issues etc. Architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
