Job summary

Infosys is hiring for an Oracle OTM Package Consultant 2 to lead requirements gathering, design custom ERP solutions, and deliver integrated features across Oracle OTM and related systems. You will work with business units and stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives and ERP capabilities.

Ideal candidates have hands-on OTM experience, PL/SQL skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks while ensuring security and compliance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle OTM implementation, customization, and support.
• Knowledge of Oracle OTM data model, tables, and process flows.
• Functional understanding to analyze broken flows and planning issues; architecture awareness.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and validate specifications.
• Contribute to solution architecture and customize ERP modules based on business requirements.
• Develop and integrate features, review code, and maintain ERP stability and compliance.
• Configure interfaces and manage ETL processes to ensure data flow between ERP and applications.
• Assess performance, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and document customizations.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your contribution to the team:

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Required Skill and Experience

• Hands-on experience in implementation, development and support projects related to Oracle OTM Application.
• Knowledge of the Oracle OTM tables and the overall OTM flow.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Functional knowledge to dig into broken flows/planning issues etc. Also needs architecture knowledge.
• WebLogic/Unix knowledge for server health diagnosis, PLSQL/DB knowledge for debugging contentions and other bottlenecks in database area.
• Experience in Oracle OTM with techno/functional expertise in Oracle OTM flows.
• Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience with direct client interaction during interactive phases like requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis etc.
• Experience in common integration methodologies.
• Experience in data conversions using import tables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
