Job summary

Infosys is hiring for an Oracle OTM Package Consultant 2 to lead requirements gathering, design custom ERP solutions, and deliver integrated features across Oracle OTM and related systems. You will work with business units and stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives and ERP capabilities.

Ideal candidates have hands-on OTM experience, PL/SQL skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks while ensuring security and compliance across platforms.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Oracle OTM implementation, customization, and support.
Knowledge of Oracle OTM data model, tables, and process flows.
Functional understanding to analyze broken flows and planning issues; architecture awareness.

Responsibilities

Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and validate specifications.
Contribute to solution architecture and customize ERP modules based on business requirements.
Develop and integrate features, review code, and maintain ERP stability and compliance.
Configure interfaces and manage ETL processes to ensure data flow between ERP and applications.
Assess performance, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and document customizations.
