Job summary

Oracle is seeking a hands-on Oracle Cloud SCM/Order Management Functional Consultant for a multi-year rollout in the HVAC manufacturing sector across the USA. You will own the Order Management and SCM workstreams, leading a wave-based deployment to build a global template and localize it BU by BU.

Ideal candidates will have strong integration knowledge with Oracle Financials and Manufacturing/Planning modules, plus HVAC or discrete manufacturing background.

Qualifications

• Hands-on functional consultant for OM and SCM within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Experience owning Order Management and Supply Chain workstreams in large, multi‑BU rollouts.
• Familiarity with wave-based/template-driven deployment approaches.

Oracle Cloud SCM / Order Management Functional Consultant – (HVAC Manufacturing)

global manufacturer of HVAC, refrigeration and building-systems equipment

Engagement:

Multi-year Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM rollout across ~50 business units in the USA

What the client is looking for

A hands-on functional consultant who can own the Order Management and Supply Chain workstreams through a large, repeatable multi-BU deployment. This is not a single-site implementation — the person will help build a global template, then localize and roll it out BU by BU, so experience with wave-based / template-driven rollouts is key.

Core modules (must-have)

• Oracle Cloud Order Management (OM) – order capture, orchestration, pricing, GOP/availability, DOO rules, return orders, drop-ship and back-to-back flows
• Oracle Cloud SCM – Inventory Management, Procurement/Purchasing, Cost Management, Shipping/Receiving, Product Information Management (PIM)
• Strong integration knowledge with Oracle Financials (AR, GL, Costing) and Manufacturing/Planning modules

Nice to have (given HVAC manufacturing context)

• Oracle Cloud Manufacturing, Supply Planning, or Maintenance
• Configure-to-Order / Assemble-to-Order and configurator (CPQ) experience
• Discrete manufacturing / industrial equipment industry background
• Experience with EDI, 3PL/WMS, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) touchpoints

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud SCM certification (Order Management, Inventory, or Procurement)
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Manufacturing, Supply Planning, or Maintenance
• Configure-to-Order / Assemble-to-Order and Oracle CPQ experience
• Industry background in HVAC, industrial equipment, or discrete manufacturing
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), EDI, and WMS/3PL integrations
