Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required for the role.
Experience providing Level 3 production support for order management systems.
Familiarity with end-to-end Order to Cash processes and ERP/WMS integrations.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 3 production support for Order Management applications and integrations.
Support endtoend Order to Cash (O2C) processes including order capture, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing and returns.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application integration and data issues.
Develop and maintain integrations between Order Management ERP and WMS and external partner systems.
Configure business rules, orchestration processes, fulfillment flows and exception handling.
Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable cloud-based solutions.
Monitor application health, system performance and transaction processing.
