Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle Order Management (OM) Cloud Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, optimization, and support of Oracle OM Cloud solutions across global deployments.

This role demands strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills to drive business process transformation and scalable Oracle Cloud solutions that align with organizational objectives. The position is hybrid with travel up to two weeks per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle Order Management Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Order Management Cloud configuration and design.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and global deployments.
• Knowledge of Oracle Pricing, Shipping Execution and related modules.
• Experience integrating Oracle OM with Inventory, AR, Procurement, and other SCM apps.
• Experience conducting SIT/UAT, defect management and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration and support of Oracle OM Cloud solutions.
• Analyze requirements and translate into functional designs and configurations.
• Configure Oracle OM Cloud modules to support operations and initiatives.
• Design and manage O2C processes end-to-end and drive optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and recommend Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Coordinate integration with Oracle Inventory Management, AR, Procurement and SCM apps.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and conduct design reviews.
• Develop functional specs and support SIT, UAT and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide functional solutions; support production environments.
